Terms of Service for Ignition Protocol Welcome to Ignition Protocol! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Ignition Protocol website located at https://ignitionprotocol.com (the “Website”), the Ignition Protocol mobile application (the “App”), and any related services, features, content, or applications offered by Ignition Protocol(“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) (collectively, the “Service”). PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING, DOWNLOADING, USING, OR REGISTERING FOR THE SERVICE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND OUR PRIVACY POLICY (LOCATED AT https://members.ignitionprotocol.com/privacy-policy/), WHICH IS INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.

  1. Acceptance of Terms By using the Service, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, and you are fully able and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set forth in these Terms, and to abide by and comply with these Terms.
  2. Description of Service Ignition Protocol provides a platform offering programs, challenges, community interaction, and resources aimed at personal growth and transformation (the “Service”). The features and specifics of the Service may change over time at our discretion.
  3. User Accounts Registration: To access certain features of the Service (including the App and members-only areas of the Website), you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for any activities or actions under your account. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account at support@ignitionprotcol.com . Account Responsibility: You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not you authorized that activity.
  4. User Conduct and Acceptable Use You agree not to use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms, or any other purpose not reasonably intended by us. By way of example, and not as a limitation, you agree not to: Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation. Post, upload, share, or transmit any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, right of publicity, or other proprietary right of any party. Post, upload, share, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable, as further defined in our Objectionable Content Policy (Section 6). Harass, abuse, stalk, threaten, defame, or otherwise infringe or violate the rights of any other party (including but not limited to rights of publicity or other proprietary rights). Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity. Transmit software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment. Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service. Use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the Service for any purpose without our express written permission. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, user accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Service through hacking, password mining, or any other means. Engage in any activity that interferes with any other user’s ability to use or enjoy the Service. Violate the terms outlined in the Objectionable Content Policy below.
  5. Content and Intellectual Property Our Content: The Service contains content owned or licensed by us (“Our Content”). Our Content is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other laws, and as between you and us, we own and retain all rights in Our Content and the Service. You will not remove, alter, or conceal any copyright, trademark, service mark, or other proprietary rights notices incorporated in or accompanying Our Content. User Content: You may be able to create, post, upload, share, or store content, including text, photos, videos, comments, and other materials (“User Content”) through the Service’s interactive features (like the community section). You retain ownership of your User Content. License Grant to Us: By making any User Content available through the Service, you grant to Ignition Protocola non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, create derivative works based upon, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, and distribute your User Content in connection with operating and providing the Service. Your Responsibility for User Content: You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent and warrant that you own your User Content or you have all rights that are necessary to grant us the license rights in your User Content under these Terms. You also represent and warrant that neither your User Content, nor your use and provision of your User Content to be made available through the Service, nor any use of your User Content by us on or through the Service will infringe, misappropriate or violate a third party’s intellectual property rights, or rights of publicity or privacy, or result in the violation of any applicable law or regulation.
  6. Objectionable Content Policy Ignition Protocolmaintains a ZERO-TOLERANCE policy for objectionable content and abusive users. We strive to maintain a positive and supportive environment. (a) Definition of Objectionable Content: Objectionable Content includes, but is not limited to, content that: Is sexually explicit, pornographic, or depicts non-consensual sexual content. Promotes illegal activities or substances. Is defamatory, libelous, slanderous, or violates the privacy or publicity rights of others. Is threatening, harassing, abusive, hateful, or intimidating. Constitutes hate speech, promotes violence, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, or any other protected characteristic. Is graphically violent. Infringes on intellectual property rights. Is spam, fraudulent, or deceptive. Otherwise violates our User Conduct policy (Section 4) or is deemed inappropriate by us in our sole discretion. (b) Filtering Mechanisms: We may utilize content filtering systems (automated and/or manual) to detect and remove Objectionable Content. However, you acknowledge that such systems may not be foolproof, and you may still encounter Objectionable Content. (c) Reporting Objectionable Content (Flagging): Users are provided with a clear mechanism within the Service (e.g., a “Report” or “Flag” button/link associated with user-generated content like community posts or comments) to flag content they deem objectionable or in violation of these Terms. We encourage users to report any suspected violations promptly. (d) Blocking Abusive Users: Users are provided with a mechanism within the Service (e.g., a “Block User” option on user profiles or next to user content) to block other users whose behavior they find abusive or harassing. Blocking a user will prevent the blocked user’s content from being visible to the blocking user and may limit interactions between them within the Service. (e) Our Commitment and Enforcement: Ignition Protocolcommits to acting on reports of Objectionable Content within 24 hours. Upon receiving a report, we will review the flagged content and the context. If we determine, in our sole discretion, that the content violates these Terms or our Objectionable Content Policy, we will remove the offending content within 24 hours of the determination. Users who post Objectionable Content or engage in abusive behavior will be subject to immediate ejection from the Service, which includes termination or suspension of their account without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate any user account for any reason, without prior notice, at our sole discretion, particularly for violations of this policy.
  7. Termination We may terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Service, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so by contacting us at support@ignitionprotcol.com or through any account deletion features provided within the Service. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
  8. Disclaimers of Warranties THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Ignition ProtocolAND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS, AND LICENSORS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT (I) THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS; (II) THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE; (III) THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE; (IV) THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIAL PURCHASED OR OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS; AND (V) ANY ERRORS IN THE SERVICE WILL BE CORRECTED.
  9. Limitation of Liability TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL Ignition ProtocolOR ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS, AND LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; (III) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE; OR (IV) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE, AND EVEN IF A REMEDY SET FORTH HEREIN IS FOUND TO HAVE FAILED OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE PAST SIX MONTHS FOR THE SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
  10. Indemnification You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ignition Protocol, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service, including, but not limited to, your User Content, any use of the Service’s content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms, or your use of any information obtained from the Service.
  11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located within Canada for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
  12. Changes to Terms We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. We may provide notice of changes by posting the updated Terms on the Website, sending you an email notification, or through other communication channels. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
  13. Miscellaneous These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Ignition Protocolregarding the Service and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Service. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
